1. What documents are required to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid Emirates ID & Passport, a valid UAE driving license (or an international driving permit for tourists), and a security deposit (via card or as per policy).

2. What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). For shorter durations, charges will still apply based on a full-day rate.

3. Is there a mileage limit on rental vehicles?
Yes, our rentals come with a daily mileage limit. Any additional kilometers will be charged as per our excess mileage rate, which is mentioned in your agreement.

4. Can I get the car delivered to my location?
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services within city limits. Charges may apply depending on the distance and rental duration.

5. Do you offer long-term or monthly rentals?
Absolutely. We provide flexible weekly, monthly, and even yearly rental packages with discounted rates. Contact us for a custom quote.

6. How do I make a booking?
You can book directly through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp or call +971 54 218 3651.

7. How do I pay for Salik, fines, or fuel?
Salik charges, fines, and fuel costs are not included in the rental price. These will be billed separately

9. Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes, all vehicles come with basic insurance. Additional coverage options are available at extra cost.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

  • If a vehicle is rented on a monthly basis but returned before completing the full month, the rental will be recalculated based on daily rates, and the balance (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.

  • If the booking is already paid, it cannot be cancelled directly through the system. You must contact our support team for cancellation requests.

  • A 10% cancellation charge will be applied on all prepaid bookings.
